We have revisited the "Exterior Conditions" in the verbiage of the CCR's which states, "No personal property shall be store in public view for more than Twenty four (24) hours without written consent from the Board. This includes window air conditioners."
We have weather warnings and extremely hot weather at times. The Board is allowing window air conditioning units to be installed on the SIDE OR BACK of your home ONLY during the months of June through September.
